SeamlessWeb Individual Meals gives your employees easy online access to the best local restaurants. The service helps your company cut costs by enhancing expense control and reducing administrative overhead associated with ordering, billing, and reimbursement processes. By minimizing the time employees spend ordering food to the office and submitting reimbursement forms, SeamlessWeb increases productivity and provides a valuable perk.
SeamlessWeb is an Internet-based system, so there is no software to install or dedicated technology resources required to implement the service (other than a Web browser and an Internet connection). Getting started is as easy as designating which of your employees will be permitted to use the system. That same day, or on a date that you specify, authorized employees are provided with a login and password for accessing SeamlessWeb online.
Employees log in, review menus from hundreds of the best local restaurants, and order. As part of the ordering process, employees can be required to enter all accounting and billing information, such as cost center, client matter number, deal code, or department. Billing information may be automatically validated against information that your company has provided to SeamlessWeb.
Your company receives a single, electronic invoice each week, with accurate billing information, which can be downloaded into your accounting system with a single click. Designated administrators may run reports to analyze food spend, with detailed information on who has ordered, when they’ve ordered, how much was ordered, what department or deal was billed, etc.
SeamlessWeb Individual Meals will help you and your company:
| SeamlessWeb | House Accounts and Credit Card Systems |
|---|---|

| Electronic invoice with complete, validated billing information | Paper invoices with incomplete and inaccurate information |
| Security features that eliminate improper or unauthorized charges | No security. Employees and others may abuse the system and place orders on a firm’s house account for personal items. |
| Budgetary controls and time restrictions | Limited controls and minimal IRS compliance |
| Sophisticated, detailed, item-by-item, real-time reports | No reporting capabilities, or limited reporting on the total price but without information on order details |
| Dynamic menus, updated daily by vendors | Static (intranet) and outdated (paper) |
