Burgers are sooooooooo good here. I almost don't want to tell anyone about this place the quality won't drop. Right next door the the soup man this place is a gold.

Great Food - Great service. I ordered the Balsamic glazed chicken on mixed greens with mango and their grilled vegetables. Both were cooked perfectly and the sweet balsamic glaze was yummy. A healthy gourmet quality meal at a great price.

I've ordered the salmon twice and each time is comes piping hot (because they carry it in a heat pack!) and literally delivered in less than 30 minutes - AND this was in a blizzard! Fabulous food and pricing - $11 for big piece of salmon and lots of veggies.

Extremely slow. Delivery time is not even close to accurate. Takes at least 1 hour for delivery (even if it says 15-30 minutes).

Food showed up 90 minutes after I placed my order (they said 15-30 minutes?). My entree was cold, my fries were soggy... Skip this place.

We decided not to order from Vizio ever again after our most recent order. First, there was a paper/paper towel piece in my wife's mac n cheese. Then for me, I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich: this is a PROCESSED chicken patty folks! Most decent restaurants, even diners, give you a real breaded breast of chicken - not Vizio! That's just really low in my book. So, I'll probably stop in once and awhile for their burgers which are pretty decent in-house (not for delivery though which I tried in the past), but they are done for delivery and fake chicken!

AWEFUL!! :( I waited nearly an hour and half for a poorly crafted, over cooked, gristle filled, crappy cold burger. I saved the fries to go fishing with because they were as soggy as a worm. I would never waste my money going there again!!! TAKE MY ADVICE

I just wanted a tasty meal. The burger was gristley and overcooked. The shake didn't even have the hershey's syrup they boasted on the menu (i.e. not chocolate shake). And when their location is 2 short blocks from my office, it took them almost 2 hours to deliver it. The fries would have been good if they had arrived in a timely manner but they don't even give you heintz ketchup packs...it was hunts which is just not as good. The experience was just not a good one.

This order came so late the food was cold and we weren't even hungry any more. Very disappointed. Chicken fingers were processed chicken meat patties cut up into strange shapes. Terrible.

Overall food was pretty good, delivery came pretty fast (but then again I don't live far).. a bit pricy but it is midtown ... overall happy camper.

Prompt delivery. I tried the Ostrich burger -- never had one before so it's difficult to rate. It tasted good, albeit with a very faint, slightly odd aftertaste, and had a lot of gristle. But the fries were AMAZINGly delicious. Would definitely order from here again, but maybe the fries and a regular burger. :)

Great burger! Highly recommend if you're in the mood for a nice burger. I had the classic, perfectly cooked, exactly as I'd asked. The fries were just OK, but I've yet to have any restaurant really figure out how to deliver good fries.
