Awful. Instead of sending from the main restaurant they sent it from their new Lexington Ave. location which I wanted to avoid because of hygeine concerns (I went there once and someone licked a knife they then used to prepare my food). I ordered french toast and got it with whole wheat bread, without being asked or told it would be on whole wheat. They also sent me an order of pancakes which I did not ask for whcih wound up being thrown out. I ordered a banana muffin, but said in the comments they could instead send a corn or blueberry if they were out of banana. They sent an oat bran instead without asking. I also ordered a Snapple Iced Tea and instead received a sour tasting home brew. They have lost my business.

Great food! I had soup (large portion, excellent) and a sandwich (delicious). Both delivered hot and well packaged. Delivery took a bit longer than advertised but not bad (~50 minutes vs 15-30).

Terrible delivery. Their estimated delivery time says 15-30 minutes. It is actually 90-120 minutes. I called numerous times and was told they just had too many deliveries. Inexcusable.

IT'S BETTER TO HAVE CANTALOOP IN PCS FOR 1/2 CANTALOOP - IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT FOR SOMEONE TO EAT

Order was only partially delivered. After calling, two of the missing three items were sent over. Didn't bother with calling again to get the third.

never sent my order, when i called 45 mins later said they will send it in 2 shifts. 2 hours later-- didn't send it.

This place has screwed up EVERY. SINGLE. ORDER. without fail, one of the most disappointing places I've ever been unfortunate enough to get food from. I've been in the restaurant industry for almost 10 years, and I usually give the benefit of the doubt. But with this place, I reached my limit after literally the 8th wrong order. When I called, telling them they sent me an order without a single correct item, and that I wanted the right order, I was told that because it was after 11:00am they won't remake breakfast items. I had placed my order at 9:30am with a 30 minute wait time. My order arrived at 11:10am. You're better off eating your money then spending it here.

The food is very good and the delivery time has been fast. My orders have been arriving 15-20 minutes after I placed them. Plus, the food is reasonable priced. The Vegetable Garden is great for any meal of the day.

WORST FOOD EVER! the supposed grilled vegetable wrap never touched the grill the vegetables were soaked in about a cup of oil dripping out of the bag. the salad had dressing that could have been soup even after it spilled all over the bag i still could have eaten the dressing with a spoon! the food was more than 25 minutes after the time they said. they didn't have something i ordered so they called to substitute it with something else. HORRIBLE! NEVER AGAIN! the only thing right about my order was the can of soda

The food came 15 - 30 minutes late and was the wrong item when it got here. I don't eat the food that arrived so I can't tell if it was any good.
