The menu features sandwiches that aren’t just overstuffed with meat—they’re gargantuan behemoths. They like to say, “If you can finish the pastrami in one sitting, the deli made it wrong.” Carnegie is the only deli around with its own USDA commissary, meaning that it manufactures it own meat and cheesecake rather than buying ingredients from someone else.
