Kebab house recently opened, bringing falafel, hummus and lamb kebabs to those looking for a quick, inexpensive meal. And if investor Joseph Ruis' vision comes true, someday those quick kebabs will be available all over the United States!

"Something like this doesn't exist today." said Ruis, "It's an alternative for those looking for a quick (healthy) fix."
Plus, most quick kebab and falafel joints aren't usually pleasant places to sit, while Kebab House has put a lot of effort into its decor, which has mosaic behind the counter, wood floors and atmospheric hanging glass lamps.
"I can tell already that I like it," said first-time customer Kathia Roberts, a naturopathic physician whose office is across the street. "It's got a great ambiance, a nice, tranquil feel," she said. "I'm always looking for healthier fast food -- I'm a vegetarian and there aren't many vegetarian places," she added.
But on a recent afternoon there were plenty of meat-eaters to be found as well, such as Michael Bonner, who was eating a plate of roasted chicken and vegetables.
"I've eaten here since they've opened like five times," he said, alluding to the key ingredients for any successful fast food chain. "I like the food and it's reasonably priced."
Everything is made from scratch every day to guarantee the best flavors and highest quality.

Delivery was timely and food tasted decent but the portions were ridiculous. Side of grilled veggies for 3.50 was basically two slices of zuchinni, two of yellow squash and two of green pepper. 13.00 Lamb Kabob "Platter" had two extremely thin and short wooden skewers, with a "side of falafel" consisting of exactly one ball.
