Salade first opened its doors in Stratton Street opposite Green Park four years ago to meet the needs of hungry Londoners bored of eating pre-packaged sandwiches for lunch. Since then, Salade has never looked back and has continued to provide the highest quality salads to its customers. Salade prepares fresh, unique salads to your exact requirements. Start with a base and work your way through a multitude of ingredients (45 at the last count) to dozens of toppings and a whole palette of free dressings. If you’re short on inspiration choose from one of the House salads, which include all the classics in addition to some more adventurous taste combinations.
Salade also has a new range of pastas for the winter as well as a variety of side salads which are perfect with a soup or a wrap and will help keep your intake of fresh vegetables up during the winter months.
Finally, if you feel like something different Salade has wrapped some of your favourite combinations in their freshly baked soft flour tortillas. Take a look at their menu and see how good lunch can be!

This eaterie gives you only a very small amount of food for your money. This was for alot of people so it wasnt a one off occasion.
