Dionysus with brown rice and veg burger or the Diesel....you can't go wrong. And if you're really hungry and don't mind the calories...get the Munster on it them....PUMP is great healthy food and perfect for when you want to eat healthy.

Awful falafel, it was the blandest and least enjoyable blob of boring calories that I have ever consumed. I will never recommend this or order from here again...service was also very slow. 45 mins for 2 falafels to travel 5 blocks, and they still managed to mess up the order. Should have expected as much from a place called "The PUMP." - what a joke

Good food, good value, consistently quick delivery times.

The hummus is delicious! I found the Western Twist wrap very good too, but the falafels were extremely bland. The second time I tried the turkey pizza wrap. It was good, not great but good. The second time around the hummus wasn't delicious, but ok.

The food is good, but the delivery was a mess. The last time I ordered, I was at a different address. I made a point to note in my Seamless Web order that I had moved. An hour later, I get a call from my old doorman asking for my new address. The delivery guy STILL went to the wrong avenue! Had Pump just read the summary, they would've seen the new address. Instead, they just assumed it was the same and it took over 90 minutes to get my food.

Always a favorite of mine when you don't want the greasy and the overly sauced. You can jazz it up or not.

Soup was OK but the tofu was spoiled. Smelled and tasted bad---I had to throw it all out.

Arrived dripping wet and leaking because soup not packaged well. Sandwich was soggy. Put spinach on the sandwich which was not expected. Brocolli was brownish green. Falafel tasted like wood and was inedible. Healthy enough but not very tasty.

LOVE the tornado with spinach instead of brown rice.

The mess up the order all the time, delivering wrong thing or not delivering what I ordered or just not delivering!

Their promised delivery time was 30-45 minutes. I received my food 85 minutes after ordering! Otherwise the food was good, healthy, and as expected.

Great for breakfast! Lunch terrible...turkey as dry as cardboard. Shake had a strange after taste.

I've been waiting here for over an hour and the guy still isn't here and when I called the first time to complain nobody picked up. Last time I order from here.

Tasteless and cold - wouldn't bother again

Quality is going downhill...food comes later and later, and they generally get at least one item wrong on your order.

I love this restaurant. This place should replace every McDonald's, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Wendy's, and KFC on every corner of America!

You can't beat the healthiest food in town! You might find yourself looking for the salt/pepper though, since healthy seems to be a little bit bland in some dishes here.

The best! Won't weigh you down, WILL lift you up. Clean food for a clean and healthy day.

I ordered from the "plain food" portion of the menu the chicken over sweet potato and it was delicious! The delivery was quick. However, in order to meet the $15.00 delivery minimum I also ordered the vegetarian chili- which I did not care for- it was cloudy looking and too sweet.

Real good food, but the 55th Street location is late way too often. Try the 38th Street location for better service.

Food not very tasty although the egg white omelette was good. Good for those seeking health food choices.
