Ned’s Noodle Bar is a dine in/take out/delivery noodle bar concept serving fresh noodles in the original American take out "pailor box". It is fresh food for people on the go. No MSG or GM products are used within Ned’s cooking. In addition, to complement the brand, Ned’s sells a selection of organic drinks, Ben and Jerry's ice cream and popular Asian starters.

There are no waiters or busboys at Ned’s. You order your food from a cashier at the counter, just like at any fast food chain. They use the Micros EPOS system which works well with delivery and ensures that the orders are sent to the kitchen instantly. This way, the customer can sit down with his drink and a server can bring the food to the table or counter where he is sitting within 3 minutes. If the customer is taking away, a server will call the food when the items are ready. For delivery, Ned’s is either sent an email if the customer is ordering online or the customer may order by phone. All deliveries are made by moped in 30 minutes. The restaurants are open all day 1100 to 2330 and the busiest time of day for delivery is 1900 to 2200.

James Breslaw and Roberto Marroni are the two directors of the company, with each of them owning a fifty-percent share. The company was formed in March 2000 and at present has two branches.
James Breslaw began his career in restaurants in 1986 in New York City and opened his first restaurant "Jimmy Beez" in 1993. Roberto Marroni has been a chef since 1989, cooking in restaurants and hotels in Rome, Melbourne and London.

Warm Balinese Chicken Salad—Chicken, onions, mix peppers, basil, carrots, chillie and Balinese dressing; no noodles
Disastrous food, and they only delivered half of it! Firstly, BBQ ribs were small, hacked up chunks of bone, vaguely smeared liberally in a half-chewy coating. Some pieces even did not have any meat on. LITERALLY NONE. Secondly the prawn toast - the bread was 'creamed' - full of white gunk which I assumed to be bread. Thirdly Singapore seafood box was slimy, overcooked mush noodles pasted in bulk-buy mild curry powder. And they only delivered PART of the order - had to ring to ask for the rest of it. The girl on the phone was rude as if I had made a mistake... I should’ve told her not to bother sending the second Singapore noodles, as they went straight in the bin. Wont be buying again - below extremely dodgy Chinese takeaway standards.
