Terrible!! Food arrived after over an hour wait cold, soggy and without side orders. Upon complaining they said they would send it again..... didn't happen

waited an hour for my order to arrive; they also forgot the rice that I ordered extra and paid for. They gave me the wrong daal order and the paneer tikka masala did not have enough paneer in it. The worst part was that the naan was rock hard by the time it came.

Gave a half empty milk-shake of the wrong flavor (after already having requested to change the originally ordered flavor). They claim they give fre dessert with order. Wasnt there either.

Not so good. I got a dinner deal. The dal was really salty and there was only 3 pieces of chicken. smothered ina thick sauce. The saag paneer was also very salty.

I order regularly from this place. Their Chaat options are amazing, especially Pani Puri - it's really very good. As for the rest of the menu, there have been a few off days here and there but usually they do a decent job.

I got the Paneer Lunch Special with Saag Paneer and Malai Kabob. The Saag Paneer was pretty good, but the dish was mostly rice. The Malai Kabob was also small, but I wasn't too upset about that since it was not very tasty - sorta slimey and undercooked. This was also the first time that my food wasn't waiting for me for a pick up order on SeamlessWeb - they were a little slow but didn't seem particularly busy. My advice would be to skip Kabab Factory and go for any of the other Indian options in the neighborhood.
