Food was good... except they didn't deliver what I ordered. I called back twice, both times they said my order was on its way. It never came. I won't be ordering from them again.

I can't even give this place a one star. It was awful. I can safely say that I have never gotten a take out this bad before. I ordered my take out and it took 60 mins for delivery. I expected it may take about 45 mins but 60 mins is pushing it. Once I received my order I was starving. I opened the bag and everything was wet. The hummus was runny and it had mixed in with all the food and seeped out of the container. Everything was cold and wet and all mushed up. Quite frankly it looked like something I wouldn't even feed my dog. It looked disgusting. I would advise everyone, no matter how hungry you are for falafel or middle eastern food- DO NOT order from this place. You will be very very dissapointed. I also called them and they told me they were too busy and could maybe try and get me another order in 45 mins. They hung up on me. Disgusting food and terrible terrible service

this place is pretty good - the baba ganoush was a little too garlicky, but that's ok - I think there are better falafel places around Union Square

The Baba Ganoush Plate is supposed to come with Falafel but when my order showed up and it wasn't in there, I called. And the guy on the phone told me he never puts falafel in that plate even when it clearly states it comes with it and he has never had a problem. He just got really rude with me when I had told him that my order was wrong and that their page had lied to me. I thought I was paying for the platter with the Falafel and didn't get half of it. Also, I asked for no onions and they were sprinkled all over the dish...Cinderella needs to go back to basic business manners and do right by their customers. Just Shameful.

We are ordered 3 items and only 2 were delivered; when we called back the person who answered the phone spoke little English or pretended he couldn't speak English. Then, he tried to tell us the missed item would arrive in 40 minutes and if that was okay. What a joke. Don't order take out from here.
