New owners, less food, more money, lower quality. Too bad as I used to order from them once a week. No more...

Very Oily food. Inspite of giving instructions such as "Very very less oil please" numerous times. There is no correction. I will probably not order food from them again now. Although, I love Indian food.

Chola's delivery and service are simply terrible. Deliveries frequently take twice as long as estimated. Calling the restaurant isn't helpful, as the management invariably insists that the food will arrive in just 5 more minutes. The food is good, but just not worth the aggravation.

The restaurant is always late with deliveries. The driver as well as the employees of Chola are rude. It's obvious that customer service is not a priority for them. I would not recommend this restaurant.

These guys can never deliver on time and give poor excuses. They are arrogant when you speak to them. People order food only because there is no other Indian Restaurant available as an option.
