Very nice people. I called to tell them that their Spicy Chicken Vindaloo was like Chicken Soup (decent chicken, decent spice, but in soupy water) - and they confirmed that watery is how they make it. Four stars if you want a spicy chicken soup. If you are looking for a vindaloo - go elsewhere.

I have ordered several of the vegetarian dishes numerous times. The spiciness and complexity of the sauces for each dish is inconsistent, but overall the quality ranges from OK to terrific. I've never ordered something I was unhappy to eat. I have ordered a number of times and never had an excessively late or incorrect delivery.

Posted by Indian Gourmet Have traveled in different states in U.S,but never come across such a hidden treasure, which serves not only north Indian but south Indian food also.I am a Bombayite, who is aware of the exotic blend of herbs and spices. Not only does the food smells or looks gorgeous,it fires your appetite. There popular dishes like Veg samosas,Chicken Tikka masala,Tandoori chicken are really mouthwatering.I am a regular customer and keep trying their different dishes.

Its light on calrories, but it missed authetic taste. I ordered utthapam and it was quite fluffy, which can be made thinnger. I also ordered extra sambar which was not required, they give good amount of sambar and chutneys. though i will order again with them.

I am Indian. The food is not good. The delivery takes a ridiculously long time. When I placed my order, I ordered two items. I called and was told the other portion of my order would come right away. I live five minutes away. It took over half an hour. I definitely would not recommend this restaurant. The food is sub par as is the service. p.s. As it turns out, the space is a split Indian (Bombay Eats) / Italian (El Nido's) if that tells you anything.

It took little less than hour for food to get delivered. Food wasn't good as I had expected it to be, I would probably not order from here again.

I personally find the food pretty good, but they have a big problem with service that has not been addressed. Like others, my lunch took well over an extra hour to arrive. When I called up the lady was unapologetic and said "well our kitchen isn't open yet". Then you need to change that on Seamless Web -- which they have not done.

I only eat here for the quantity not the quality. If you like chicken that 15 minutes prior to you getting it could have either have been for fajita or the chicken tikka masala you just ordered by all mean order it up. Also tandoori is not supposed to be a wet soggy mess - it does not fall in the quality category, but you will get a lot of it. for the same price you can get much, much better Indian food. the pav bhaji is good but way too expensive and its a lot, its a meal not an appetizer. eat here if every other Indian place near you is closed. Only places worse than this one in the Area are Bombay Express and Kiran. If you think this is a good Indian place sadly you have never had good Indian food

Daal was gross and they forgot the rice. Wouldn't order again when there are so many other options in the area.

EXCELLENT. I am a pretty hard food critic and this is one and only Indian restaurent in the US that has passed not only flavor test but also customer service test with flying colors. Service is unbelievable. They listen to every feedback and ACT on it, unlike most other restaurent. And besides, the food is the best Indian food I have had in the US.

Showed up 30 minutes after they said they would. Forgot the yogurt that goes with the dish and gave me rice pudding instead. Food was just okay.

The food was decent, though watery. The chicken vindaloo wasn't quite the vindaloo I've had in the past. However, the $14 dishes don't come with rice. Rice is $2.00 extra! I've never had to pay extra for rice with saag paneer. The price is not reflective of the quality. I wouldn't go here again.

Flavorful, well-cooked Indian food, reasonable prices - perhaps the best in Midtown.

Best Indian food. All food is prepared individually, not cooked en masse. Tastes terrific!

I ordered Kabab and got an entree in a heavy red sauce with big chunks of peppers (yuck!)-- so not what I ordered. Portions are generous though and the vegetarian entrees were good. having to pay extra for rice (when the entree is big enough for three) is just ironic. I didn't like being manipulated by the delivery person who lied and said he was in the lobby so that I would be downstairs waiting for him when he arrived. What's up with that? Say "I'll be there in two minutes." Otherwise, it's rude and I'm TIPPING you. Hey, how about this? I don't HAVE to order from your restaurant and then you won't HAVE to deal with the oh-so-daunting possibility of having to wait a few seconds for me to come down to pick up my order.
