Vegetarian chili is delicious! and the burger is fantastic if you order the bun on the side, otherwise it gets soggy. The cran-hibiscus juice is incredibly refreshing as well! really good food!

Terrible Delivery Experience. Food took an hour to arrive and when it finally did, the burger was completely raw. It then took another hour to receive a cold replacement. Fries were not cooked either but was to hungry to wait. Overall a disaster

Attrocious food and service. Order came completely wrong; staff was almost completely unwilling to acknowledge the mistakes made and, as an aside, the food is NOT good. You've been warned!

I've ordered from them about four times and twice they've gotten the order wrong. It's almost impossible to get through to them on the phone, and the girl who answered this time (after I was put on hold twice for over ten minutes) took about five minutes to verify that yes, the order was packed incorrectly. Horrible customer service, and the food is okay. For the trouble there are many more restaurants around to order from. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!!

Although I probably should have expected it, it was very messy. The food was good, but the amount of food was small and it was relatively expensive in comparison to other local restaurants.

Given I have only ordered from them once, which I wont do it again, so this may be biased from one experience. My food showed up an hour and a half late, the food was cold, the bun was drenched in grease and falling apart, and the fries were undercooked. Also, it took me several tries to get them on the phone to find out what was going out. I would not recommend ordering from them online, at least.

Delivery arrived after 1 hour 15 minutes. Chicken burger was no longer warm. Fries were no longer warm, and not fully cooked to begin with. Highly disappointing.

Chicken burger itself was pretty spicy and good, but it didn't come with ketchup, mustard or mayo like I requested, and the fries were pretty bland.

Waw... truly disgusting. Delivery was on time though but food came cold. Buffalo burger is very very bad, not seasoned, no taste. worst burger I've ever tasted. Not ordering again.

the soy burger was really delicious as was the chili... until i found a ROCK in it. ouch. i'm willing to order from them again but no soup. lucky for these guys i'm very forgiving.

Not Happy, after waiting 1 1/2 hours for my food i called and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. I was told that the delivery man could not get to my address due to the St. Patricks Day Parade. I had to explain to the manager, the 3rd person I talked to, that the delivery man did not have to cross fifth avenue. my food arrived, Cold!! will never spend 18..00 or .18 cents at Better Burger!

I placed an order today (I have been a customer for years) and not only was it over an hour and a half late, it was also completely wrong. When I called to complain, I was told I couldn't be refunded or be given "free food." When I asked for them to come pick it up, they were nasty on the phone and uncooperative. I have to say I am incredibly disappointed in the quality of service I received after having a problem with my order. I have had issues in the past, and have never called to complain because it wasn't that big of a deal. This time I decided to call because EVERYTHING I ordered was wrong. I am incredibly disappointed and quite angry about being treated so poorly after being a loyal customer for years.

Good turkey burgers. The fries are good but salty so I ask for them without salt. Their chocolate chip cookies are really good and good for you well maybe not but they try to make you think they are!

Better Burger is consistently late. The food is great, but it will take you hours to get it. Order when you're not really hungry, so that you don't starve waiting for the food.

The food, in this case a Turkey dog, was absolutely disgusting. Tasteless and dry, the dog was an insult to franks everywhere. The sauerkraut was very tasteless but salty and the only good thing about this meal was the ketchup, which tasted like Heinz. I had to toss the entire thing out. Waste of money. DO NOT eat here. Afterward, I heard from a coworker that even the burgers are disgusting at this place. Tried once. Never again.

Decent food, but you sacrifice some taste for the health factor. I've had a few different burgers and I've found that the buffalo burger is the best. Delivery is usually right on time.

I don't see the point of trying to transform a burger into health food. I've tried a few variations of the burger here, from the ostrich to the buffalo and I've never been terribly impressed. They all rely heavily on the toppings (lettuce, onions, pickles, ketchup, etc) for flavor since the burgers alone can't stack up against honest-to-goodness cow flesh. When they serve me, I'm always tempted to pull a Crocodile Dundee and say 'That's not a burger, THAT'S a burger,' as I pull a Shake Shack burger out of my pocket. I;m also not a fan of their fancy ketchups. What's the matter Better Burger, too good for heinz?

Food is pretty good - fruit salad tastes funny is not worth 2.50. Could have given a little more salad w/ burger. Other than that everything was great.

The food is good, but the service is slow. In addition, I have ordered from them four times and not once have they gotten my order right. Don't plan to order from them again.

Great food, but unfortunately, I've now had countless occasions where I've ordered something off of Seamless Web only to have Better Burger call me to inform me that the item(s) I ordered where unavailable. In each case, I ordered serveral hours in advance, yet received a call from Better Burger only at about the delivery time. The food is great, but there seems to be a constant mix-up between Better Burger and Seamless Web as items that are listed on the web are often not available.
