Delivered about 30 minutes past promised delivery time and soup had spilled all over inside of bag.

Food is delicious. The delivery took longer to arrive than it was supposed to, but I like to think it was because it was raining. And waiting 45 minutes for delicious food was not so bad. The baklava was not good though. Skip that.

Apparently this place is great when you don't need to interact with the staff (which I haven't, so I can't address the above criticism). Burger and fries were tasty. Portions were huge. Falafel with hummus was just that, but it came with five falafal balls and an enormous dish of hummus. Could do with more condiment options, but not bad.

Portions are big and come with a variety of veggies and sauces. Very good.

The food here is top notch, the carrots are to die for, like I've never had carrots this good. They get swamped sometimes and why deliveries are so bad - the food is excellent. Go in person one time...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT!! AVOID TOTALLY!! ordered a meal of falafel and hummus for my family on a sunday evening around 8:30 pm, with an estimated delivery time of 20-35 minutes. An hour and 10 minutes later no food so I called them and they told me I could cancel or wait 10 more minutes and it would be here. I asked to please deliver still. 35 minutes later I called again as there was no delivery and the owner now picked up and explained they had no falafel originally so I could change my order or just cancel. This is ridiculous to have to wait nearly 2 hours and make 2 phone calls to find out a shwarma restaurant claims to have no falafel, if that is true, and for them to do nothing about telling me the whole time even though they accepted the order and charged me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Over and hour and still waiting for my food. Called twice and whoever answered the phone was very rude.

I just can't get enough of this place! Opened in October, but already has a following. Vegetarian sandwiches, platters and soups. All ingredients are fresh, flavorful and delicious. Free Middle Eastern salad bar with sandwich and platter orders. Specialty is falafel served in awesome white or whole wheat pita bread baked on the premises. This is the best falafel I've ever tasted, and I've eaten falafel all over the world. Tasty array of tangy dipping sauces for the generous portion of Belgian fries, another specialty. I usually stay away from fries because I consider them not worth the calories, but Ashkara's fries are addictive and SO worth it. Espresso drinks are also yummy; they use Segafredo coffee. Limited seating for eat-in customers. They open around 10 AM and don't close until 4 AM. Their falafel really hits the spot when you're done carousing and need something in your stomach before turning in for the night. Try it!
