All platters come with a bagel.
Platters served with bagel, sliced tomato, lettuce, cucumber, capers, black olives and bermuda onions.
Though 72nd Street Bagel’s space may be small, you can expect big tastes from their fresh bagels, spreads, salads and pizza bagels. But big won’t describe the damage to your wallet or the size of your hunger after you walk out the door or order delivery.
And if you ask any Upper West Sider, they will tell you that the service is excellent. Whatever you order and however it arrives at your mouth, you will be happy it came from 72nd Street Bagel.

Horrible service. I've never ordered from a restaurant as incompetent as this.

The company's order system does not work around closing time.

Mediocre bagels, uneven service -- (i.e., sometimes they don't put cream cheese on the bagel, sometimes they do -- no way of selecting this)

Great fruit salad, but I find the bagels a little too hard for my liking.

I ordered the late (after 11am) breakfast special, Western Omelette. 72nd Street Bagel's info clearly says this special comes with a side of scallion cream cheese, a bagel, and a side of home fries. The omelette arrived without the side of cream cheese and without the home fries. I called the restaurant, and all I got was, "Actually, we are out of home fries." I said, "Ok. And what about the scallion cream cheese?" "Actually, we are no longer serving late breakfast." Then later in the conversation, he then tried to tell me, "Actually, the late breakfast special is only for M-F." This isn't specified anywhere, and I've ordered the same special in the restaurant on a Sunday afternoon, so it's simply not true. Their site specifies that the late breakfast is for after 11am. That's it. Seems like this guy was just full of random excuses and no solutions or apologies. He was a customer service nightmare. Other restaurants - when they are out of something, they call to let you know, and they ask if there is something they can substitute and if you'd still like the order. I got no phone call from 72nd St bagel to tell me that they were out of home fries and that they weren't going to add the side of cream cheese. Also, since I got the omelette and the bagel, the claim of no longer serving late breakfast made no sense. "Late breakfast special, after 11am," means what it says. The worst part - when I asked for the manager, the guy who answered the phone, Mojeo, hung up on me. I called Seamless Web, and they gave me a refund. 5 stars for Seamless Web. No stars for 72nd St Bagel. Will never order from or go there again. Most orders from Seamless Web are smooth. 72nd Street Bagel is ridiculous.

I had to wait over an hour for the food - which was only 2 bagels and when I called them about the order they were pretty rude. I will get my bagels from another place from now on.

they get orders wrong. when you charge $7.45 for a tuna combo sandwich, you're supposed to put all the ingredients in the sandwich, not just the tuna.

I've had day-old bagels before, but these were more like week old ones. They were even hard to cut in half.
